Our Project Management and Control

Farrelly Construction Services has in its management team a full time Project Controls Manager who, with the help of his team is responsible for the full time management, control and scheduling of all Farrelly Construction Services projects from the tender stage to project completion. Farrelly Construction Services believes that this area of Project Management is essential for project success and our company utilizes project management tools such as Primavera Project Management to ensure accurate project reporting, costing and scheduling.
